1. Introduction
Purpose of Policy

This Privacy Statement (“Privacy Statement”) explains how Dossiay Inc. (“Company,” “us,” “our,” and “we”) uses your information and applies to all who use our mobile application or website, www.dossiay.com, Dossiay (also referred to as the “App”). This Privacy Statement is incorporated in our Terms of Use, which also apply when you use our App.

Agreement of Terms

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with the practices described in this Privacy Statement, please do not provide us with your personal information or interact with the App.

Modification of Policy

We may modify this Privacy Statement at any time. If we make any material changes we will notify you by email (sent to the email address specified in your account) or by means of notice on the App prior to the change becoming effective. You can determine when this Privacy Statement was last revised by referring to the date it was “Last Updated” above.

Notice Concerning Children

PLEASE NOTE: The Company does not intend that any portion of the App will be accessed or used by anyone who has not reached the age of majority in the state or province in which you reside, and such use is prohibited. We will promptly delete information associated with any account we obtain actual knowledge is associated with a registered user who has not reached the age of majority.

2. Information Collection Practices
2.1 What Basic Information Does Dossiay Collect?

We will collect information, including personal information and non-identifying information, when you interact with us and the App, for example when you:

  • access or use the App;
  • register, subscribe, or create an account with Dossiay;
  • open or respond to our e-mails;
  • contact customer service or use other customer support tools;
  • visit any page online that displays our ads or content;
  • purchase products or services on or through the App;
  • connect or link to any App via social networking apps; and
  • provide information to our Business Partners.

This Privacy Statement does not apply to the collection of information in any way other than as listed above.

2.2 Are There Choices to Limit the Data the Company Collects Through the App?

We think that you benefit from a more personalized experience when we know more about you and what you like. However, you can limit the information you provide to us through Dossiay, and you can limit the communications that we send to you through Dossiay. You may manage how your mobile device shares certain Device Data with Dossiay by adjusting the privacy and security settings on your mobile device. Please refer to instructions provided by your mobile service provider or the manufacturer of your device to learn how to adjust your settings.

3. Use and Sharing of Information
3.1 What Does the Company Do With Collected Information?

We use information collected as described in this Privacy Statement to:

  • Operate, maintain and improve the App and our services, and Other Programs;
  • Provide you with interest-based ads and offers for products and services from us and participating Business Partners;
  • Facilitate and fulfill orders placed on the App and Other Programs – for example, for Dossiay vouchers and other goods and services, including tracking redemption;
  • Evaluate your eligibility for certain types of offers, products or services that may be of interest to you, and analyze advertising effectiveness;
  • Answer your questions and respond to your requests;
  • Perform analytics and conduct customer research;
  • Communicate and provide additional information that may be of interest to you about Dossiay and our Business Partners, sometimes by combining your information with information from Other Sources;
  • Send you reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, support and administrative messages, service bulletins, marketing messages, and requested information, including on behalf of Business Partners;
  • Manage our everyday business needs, such as administration of the App, forum management, fulfillment, analytics, fraud prevention, and enforcement of our corporate reporting obligations and Terms of Use, or to comply with the law;
  • Enhance other information we have about you directly or from Other Sources to help us better understand you and determine your interests.

We also may use information collected as described in this Privacy Statement with your consent or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

3.2 When and Why Would the Company Disclose Information I Provide?
a. Identifiable Material.

We may share your personal information as required or permitted by law and as follows:

  • with any affiliate of the Company who may only use the personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement;
  • with our Vendors to provide services for us and who are required to protect the personal information;
  • to report or collect on debts owed to us or our Business Partners;
  • with relevant Business Partners: with whom we jointly offer products and services; to facilitate a direct relationship with you; to enable electronic communications with you as part of purchase or other activities you have elected to participate in; to the extent you have purchased or redeemed a Dossiay voucher; and for analysis and market research if you opt-in to share your personal data;
  • with a purchaser of the Company or any of the Company’s Affiliates (or their assets);
  • to comply with legal orders and government requests, or as needed to support auditing, compliance, and corporate governance functions;
  • to combat fraud or criminal activity, and to protect our rights or those of our Affiliates, users, and Business Partners, or as part of legal proceedings affecting the Company;
  • in response to a subpoena, or similar legal process, including to law enforcement agencies, regulators, and courts in the United States and other countries where we operate; or
  • with your consent.

We encourage Business Partners to adopt and post privacy policies. Their use of personal information obtained through Dossiay is governed by their privacy policies and is not subject to our direct control. However, our Business Partners are explicitly prohibited from selling your personal information.

b. Non-Identifiable Material.

We may also disclose Non-Identifiable Information:

  • for the same reasons we might share personal information; or
  • with Business Partners for their own analysis and research.
3.3 How Does Dossiay Collect Data?
a. Personal Information.

You provide us with your personal information when you register, subscribe, create an account, make a purchase, or otherwise when you provide us with your personal information during your interaction with the App and Other Programs. We also collect personal information when you contact us online for customer service and other support using self-help tools, such as email, text, or by posting to an Online Community.

We also receive personal information and other online and offline information from Other Sources. The Company will use such information in accordance with applicable laws. We also use cookies, tags, web beacons, local shared objects, files, tools and programs to keep records, store your preferences, improve our advertising, and collect Non-Identifying Information, including Device Data and your interaction with the App and our Business Partners’ web apps.

b. Device Data.

Device Data may be collected when your device interacts with the App, even if you are not logged into the App using your device.

3.4 Can Users Access and Correct Personal Information?

You can access, update and delete your personal information you provided to us by managing this information through your Dossiay account.

If you want to deactivate your Dossiay account or have other questions or requests, please contact us. While we are ready to assist you in managing your subscriptions, deactivating your account, and removing your active profile, we cannot always delete records of past interactions and transactions.

We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and to maintain a record of your transactions for financial reporting purposes. If you wish to deactivate your account or request that we no longer use your personal information to provide you services contact us. We will retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

3.5 How Does Dossiay Use Social Networks to Obtain Data?

You may log in to the App using certain social network credentials. To manage the sharing of certain personal information with us when you connect with us through social networking platforms or applications refer to the privacy policy and settings of the social networking webapp or application.

You also have the option to link social networks, such as Instagram, to your Dossiay account. Once you register with the Company using Dossiay and connect with the social network, you will be able to automatically post recent Dossiay activity back to your social network. You can enable and disable social network connections from the “Connections” tab in your Dossiay account.

By proceeding through any of the above steps, you grant the Company permission to access all of the elements of your social network profile information that you have made available to be shared and to use it in accordance with the social network’s terms of use and this Privacy Statement.

4. Artificial Intelligence Features
4.1 Use of AI Technology

Certain features of the App are powered by artificial intelligence (“AI”) technology. Specifically, the App uses Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, PBC (“Anthropic”), to provide functionality such as creator discovery, scoring, and analysis. By using these AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Section 4.

4.2 AI Disclosure

In accordance with Anthropic’s Usage Policy and applicable law, we disclose the following:

  • Some features of the App are powered by AI and not by human analysis alone.
  • AI-generated results, recommendations, scores, or analysis are provided for informational purposes and may not be accurate, complete, or free from bias. You should exercise independent judgment before relying on any AI-generated output.
  • The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content or recommendations within the App.
4.3 Data Processed by AI

When you use AI-powered features of the App, certain information you provide — such as search inputs, creator profile data, and usage context — may be transmitted to Anthropic’s API for processing. This data is used solely to generate the AI-powered outputs you request within the App.

Dossiay uses the Anthropic API under Anthropic’s Commercial Terms. Under those terms, Anthropic does not use data submitted through the API to train its AI models, and API data is subject to Anthropic’s data retention and security policies. 4.4 Limitations of AI

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. The App’s AI features are not a substitute for professional advice. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for any decisions of material consequence. The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content.

4.5 Third-Party AI Provider

Anthropic, PBC is an independent third party. Your data processed through AI features is subject to both this Privacy Statement and Anthropic’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We encourage you to review Anthropic’s policies at www.anthropic.com. The Company is not responsible for Anthropic’s data practices beyond the scope described in this Section 4.

5. Third Parties

This Privacy Statement only addresses the use and disclosure of information by the Company through your interaction with the App or website. Other Apps that may be accessible through links from the App and Other Programs may have their own privacy statements and personal information collection, use, and disclosure practices. Our Business Partners may also have their own privacy statements. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the privacy statements provided by these other parties prior to providing them with information or taking advantage of a sponsored offer or promotion.

6.2 Updates and Changes

We reserve the right, at any time, to add to, change, update, or modify this Policy. If there are any material changes to this Privacy Policy, the Company will notify you by email, by means of a notice on this App or as otherwise required by applicable law. The Company encourages you to review this Policy periodically to be informed regarding how the Company is using and protecting your information and to be aware of any policy changes. Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. It is your responsibility to review this Policy from time to time to ensure that you continue to agree with all of its terms.
